REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Our priority is to make sure that you love your candles as much as we love pouring them!
Damage
Although our candles are packaged with care, sometimes, things happen…in the off chance that your candle arrives damaged, please contact us at holmescandlecoma@gmail.com within three days, with pictures included. After assessing the damage, a refund or replacement will be sent.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently have a 14 day return & exchange policy. If for any reason, you don’t absolutely love your candle, please request a return or exchange for a different scent within 14 days of delivery of your order.
To be eligible for return or exchange, candles must be in the same condition that you received in it- unburned and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping on returns and exchanges.
